“Film Noir” Sneak Peak…..
I have to apologize for the lack of posts lately, it’s been crazy at the L&L headquarters….I love calling it that, but really, we had our Fall/Winter 2010 shoot, which was pretty much the highlight admist all the other projects we have been working at. The shoot took place in our dingy hotel room at the Roosevelt in Hollywood. There was a team of us crammed into the small two-toned room. But we were surrounded by creative, talented people and had a great day hanging out and shooting. I had to share a couple photos because I just can’t hold back anymore, but you will have to wait to see the rest when it gets closer to fall. Our photographer was Ben Cope, who obviously has a magnificent eye for beauty. The mood of this collection is strange, erotic, ambivalent, and cruel, which couldn’t have been worded any better by our stylist Brian Primaux-“Film Noir”, which is used to “describe stylish Hollywood crime dramas, particularly those that emphasize cynical attitudes and sexual motivations”.
This collection is not available till fall.
